The collaboration between the Italian design brand Seletti and TOILETPAPER, Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari’s famed image-only publication, makes its U.S. debut at MoMA Design Store in New York City’s Soho neighborhood. Seletti wears TOILETPAPER will give ground to a unique, retro dream world.

Visitors to MoMA Design Store’s downtown location will bear witness to a spectacular marriage of genius innovation and provocative humor. The collaboration’s U.S. arrival brings the world premiere of new shoppable product – exclusive to MoMA Design Store, with select items available online – including a sofa, dining table, and vases wrapped in TOILETPAPER’S cult- favorite Snake and Teeth graphics. This also marks the international launch of two new pillow designs – bold textiles featuring electric lemons and plump, surrealist lips will be revealed to the public for the first time.

We are thrilled to have Seletti wears TOILETPAPER call MoMA Design Store its home for the next six weeks”, says MoMA Design Store Director of Merchandising, Emmanuel Plat. “The collaboration’s presence further bolsters our continued celebration of equally unique and accessible creation”.

With an inexhaustible knack for experimentation, Cattelan – whose work is included in MoMA’s collection – and Ferrari put an eccentric twist on Seletti’s long-standing dedication to innovation and originality. The larger presence and product launch at MoMA Design Store will introduce these edgy and captivating designs to the New York audience.

It is always exciting to present our new collections in New York”, says Stefano Seletti, Seletti’s Art Director. “Seletti wears TOILETPAPER is the perfect match for MoMA Design Store, one of the most avant-garde shops in the city”.
