TRACEY SNELLING

Tracey Snelling is a Berlin-based visual artist whose multidisciplinary practice explores the relationship between architecture, urban environments, and everyday life. Working across sculpture, installation, video, and photography, she creates detailed architectural scenes that bring hidden stories and human experiences into focus. Her work examines themes of memory, identity, intimacy, inequality, displacement, and belonging, transforming familiar spaces into evocative portraits of contemporary society. Snelling’s work has been exhibited internationally at prestigious institutions including the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Belgium, Palazzo Reale in Milan, the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, and the Berlinische Galerie. She has also participated in the Venice Biennale and the Havana Biennial, as well as the Venice Architecture Biennale.
